The enclosure is our standard EN202 with a 14 way switch and indicator label fitted to the front recess. It is supplied predrilled with 6.5mm holes to take either the sub-miniature switches or 5mm LED holders. 
There are write-on boxes below each switch/LED combination
The two rear panels are also predrilled with 5No 8mm holes in each panel.
